Add another widgets

Behaviour

• There should be two items to start with, unless the majority of users will expect to fill in a specific number for that question.
• If there is only one item, there shouldn't be a need for a remove button (until another item is added).
• Remove buttons will need to trigger a confirmation for content that may have taken the user time to enter.
