  • The UCAS Postgraduate scheme is the route you'll take if you want to return to study after achieving your first degree.

    However, use the UCAS Undergraduate route for the following:

    • MA/MSc (master of art/master of science) courses in:
      • social work
      • nursing
      • medicine
    • LLB (law degree) accelerated programmes
    • Teacher training courses if you want to study in Scotland

    And if you want to study for a teacher training qualification in England and Wales, use the UCAS Teacher Training route.

2018 entry

  • UCAS Teacher Training is a scheme for postgraduate teacher training programmes in England and Wales.

    If you're looking for teacher training at undergraduate level, or postgraduate programmes in Scotland, use the UCAS Undergraduate route instead.

  • UCAS Progress is for students who want to apply to a school or college for further education (ie, A levels, BTEC, Scottish Highers), or apprenticeships.
