Emails

The rules of grammar and clear communication are still important for emails as they are for business letters. All text in emails should be Calibri 11pt and should have plain white backgrounds.

Ensure the subject line is clear and relevant – otherwise you run the risk of the recipient glossing over your email.

Be concise and to the point – a long email can be discouraging to read.
